Space Layout of the Park

1) Forge industrial function block and optimize the space layout

According to the positioning of the Park and industrial reality, land-use plan will be properly made. The industrial space structure of the developed area will be properly adjusted. The undeveloped area will be developed respectively according to different stages and location. Three major industrial function blocks will be forged with great characteristics. Supporting service space will be constructed. As a result, a reasonable space layout with industrial function blocks as its main part and industrial supporting service space as its auxiliary part will be formed.

An innovative science and technology industrial function block will be forged in the District I of the north part of the Park with the characteristic of digitalization. A cultural innovative industrial function block will be forged in District II of the north part of the Park with digital entertainment as its main body. A new high-tech industrial function block will be forged in the south part of the Park with industrial design and high-end manufacturing industry as it main body.

The developing space of main industries with function blocks as its main body should be give priority to, at the same time, necessary space for the supporting industries should also be guaranteed. According to the adjusted controlling plan, functional service zones in the north and south part should be built respectively with finance, telecommunication, post, entertainment, business and trade as its main body.

2) Make full use of the facilities around the Park and make it come true that “Small Park, Great Supporting Facilities”

Due to the limited space of Shijingshan Science Park, common sense and coordination should be made and so as to guarantee the developing space of the major industries. What is more, it is necessary to make full us concerned areas around the Park and construct some communities suitable for the talents of new high-tech and cultural innovation. The relationship between the Park and the other functional zones as a whole so as to get the support from them in terms of education, execution, transportation, logistics, restaurant, tour and cultural entertainment.

3) Enhance the management of the land and guarantee the intensive use of the resources

Land is the most valuable resource for the industrial development of Shijingshan Science Park. It is a must to enhance the management of the land and guarantee the intensive use of the resource and to avoid leave the land used and to improve the efficiency of land use.

It is necessary to try actively to achieve the support from the government in terms of land-use purpose, height control and floor area ratio so as to improve the efficiency of land use and speed up the land developing progress.
