Industrial Environment

More than 500 enterprises are located in the Park, among which 256 are new high-tech ones. The new high-tech industrial pattern has been formed primarily with electric information, new material as main industries and with energy conservation and environmental protection, biomedical and optical integration as auxiliary industries.

With the rapid development of the Beijing Digital Entertainment Industry Base, a batch of cultural creative enterprises with characteristics of digital entertainment located in the Park, such as Beijing Digital-red Mobile Software Company Ltd, Beijing Coslightwiz Technology Company Ltd and Beijing CRD International Cultural Company Ltd. The Online Games Incubation Center and the Mobile Games Incubation Center have achieved significant progress. This laid a solid foundation for the cultural creative industry with characteristics of digital entertainment. The Digital Content Creating Public Technical Service Platform and the New Media Production Center will obviously promote the development of the cultural creative industry in the Park.

Excellent service environment

In order to promote economic development, the rapid construction of the Park, the Park built three service platforms so as to provide better, comprehensive services from various aspects for the enterprises in the Park. The first one is the government public service platform focusing on the improvement of the facilities, the new high-tech authentication and the implication of favorable policies with the Park Administrative Committee as its main body. The second one is the agency service platform focusing on some agency service, such as talent consultation, finance and entrepreneurship guidance with the Park Comprehensive Service Center as its main body. The third one is the digital entertainment public service platform focusing on the development of the digital entertainment industry.

In addition, the Comprehensive Service Center of the Shijingshan Park of Z-Park provides “throughout agent service” for the enterprises to help them with registration, information change and annul inspection. Three service platforms include:

The establishment of the government service platform

The Park Administrative Committee will bridge the gap between the government and the enterprises. The working style of “providing better and pragmatic service to the enterprises” will prevail as usual and various service platforms will be built for enterprises, which include:

　a) To simplify the entry process and help the enterprises with entry procedure;
　b) To provide the quick and convenient authentication channel of new high-tech and double-　soft for the enterprises;
　c) To provide the quick and convenient channel of projects reservation and recommendation for 　the enterprises;
　d) To provide consultation service about policies and relevant information for the enterprises;
　e) To provide unblocked policy implementation channels for the enterprises.
