Industry Development Position of the Shijingshan Park

According to the industrial base and regional environment of the Park, Shijingshan Science Park will mainly lay emphasis on three industries: innovative science and technology industry and cultural innovative industries with the characteristic of digitalization; new high-tech industries with the characteristics of new material, energy conservation and environmental protection and optical integration. The Park will focus on high-new technology service industry. The plan of the Park needs to match the industry positioning of the Park.

1、 Focus on the development of the new high-tech industries and cultural innovative industry.

1) Among the innovative science and technology industries, the development of the electricity information industry, the software design industry and the value-added services industry will be attached great importance to.

To construct an industrial chain with special characteristics through introducing the high-growth enterprises and large and medium-sized enterprises in the fields mentioned above, meanwhile, the upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain will also be introduced so as to function as the promoter of innovative science and technology enterprises and promote the development of the industry on a large scale.

2) Among the cultural innovative industries, the development of the digital entertainment industry will be put on the first place.

The traditional-media and new-media enterprises both inside and outside China will be introduced on the basis of the New-media Manufacturing Base and the construction of and the Beijing Public Service Platform of Digital Products Manufacturing so as to gather new media enterprises; the enterprises which are operating with games and dynamic comics’ production design and manufacturing will be gathered and nurtured so as to promote the aggregation of the game and dynamic comics industries on the basis of the construction of the Online Games Incubation Center, the Mobile Games Incubation Center and the Dynamic Comics Center.

3) Among the modern high-end manufacturing industries, the development of new material, energy conservation and environmental protection and optical integration industries will be covered.

Make full use of the incubating functions of the Gucheng Small-Middle Size Enterprise Base and the Shoute Incubator, and abstract the small-middle high-new technology enterprises which are in the filed of new industry. The enterprises mentioned above are those of new material, energy conservation and environmental protection and optical integration.

Taking the Shougang Special Steel Building as the core area and the western South Zone as the developing area, great effort will be made to construct the enterprise accelerator and focus on the abstraction of medium and large enterprises of new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection and optical integration. The aim is to realize the industrial scalization.

Based on the construction of the incubator and accelerator and the development of the developing area, the Park will form a joint development pattern of large, middle and small enterprises.

2、Support the development of the new high-tech service industry.

Among the new high-tech industries, great importance will be attached to the fields of technical consultation, software developing and outsourcing, IT management service and multimedia terminal design. Service projects with high technical contents and large marketing scale will be given priority, the developing way of high-end and huge divergent effects will be adopted.
