Branch Introduction

Office: Being in charge of the Party affairs, government affairs, organization affairs, personnel affairs, survey, propaganda, information, financial management, external contact, coordination and supervision.

General Administrative Section: Being in charge of plans on science and technology, establishment of scientific and technological plans and promotion of the construction of regional innovative system; technical project evaluation, technical funding management; intellectual property, popularization of science and introduction and management on social development project; technological reward, technological annul record, keeping in touch with the experts and soft subjects etc..

Industry Promotion Section I: Being in charge of collecting, refining and modifying the industrial projects, reporting and recommending to the Z-Park Administrative Committee to achieve the fund support and carrying the execution; general management and promotion of the all kinds of projects in the Park, and bettering the introduction of the projects and industry promotion.

Industry Promotion Section II: Being in charge of collecting, refining and modifying the industrial projects, reporting and recommending to Beijing Municipal Science & Technology of Commission and Beijing Municipal Cultural & Creative Industry Leading Group Office to achieve the fund and carrying into execution, closely combining the Beijing Cyber Creativity District, the Cultural Creative Industry Band with the Science Park so as to promote the rapid development of the high and new-tech industries and cultural creative industries, bettering the introduction of the projects and industry promotion.

Planning Construction Section: Being in charge of the establishment of the land plans of the Park, promoting and supervising the land development, directing land developing companies in the Park with their work; the management of land development, infrastructure and the bearer construction projects in the Park; and the image construction of the Park.

Enterprise Developing Section: Being in charge of doing research on and establishing the developing plan of the Park and coordinating to implement the plan; establishing the promotion policies for the Park; doing research on the innovation of the mechanism and system and correlative reform measures of the Park; authentication of high and new-tech enterprises and technical contracts; providing services for the enterprises in the Park, analyzing the economic condition of the Park, managing the technical incubators and entrepreneurship Park.
